Peccata Minuta: Gourmet tapas route in Inca

 thebeautiful Cloister of Santo Domingo is the venue for a sybaritic Sunday afternoon of good food, wine and beer courtesy of the Chefs(in) organisation.

They've brought together 8 of the Balearics' top chefs who will show off their skills producing some of their finest tapas using the best ingredients possible.

It starts at 12 mid-day on the 1st of November 2015

Es Ginebro - Geneva Inca Vegetarian Restaurant

There is a small restaurant in the center of Inca, completely vegetarian and organic, where they even have a shop to buy some of there products.

The owner has a small garden where he grows most vegetables.

They have menus that include three meals, drinks and desserts.

They also have a menu with more dishes. The portions are fine and you leave full!


I highly recommend the restaurant, it's cozy, the owner is charming and everything is full of photographs related to environmentalism and other countries.

It's also the only 100% certified as Ecologic by the Consell Balear. So don't give it another thought, if you like vegetarian and ecologic food, you must visit Es Ginebro in Inca.
