Marcel Ress is a German cook, living in Palma, Mallorca, known as the winner of the third edition of the program TOP CHEF SPAIN.

In 2009, he arrived to Mallorca, and worked with Marc Fosh, at the Simply Fosh restaurant.
 In 2014 he wona Michelin Star.

On September 20th, Marcel Ress formed part of the television contest Top Chef (Spain).
There he proclaimed himself as the winner of the third edition.

On the 2nd of May 2017 he opens the doors to his first restaurant in Inca in an emblematic building. Fabrica Ramis.
