Sa Lluna has been open since 1997 and opens friday and saturday evenings. Remember that in Spain people don't actually start a night out until about midnight. Sa Lluna is a place to go out for live music and DJs after dinner. Usually they close at about 6h in the morning.

Marcel Ress is a German cook, living in Palma, Mallorca, known as the winner of the third edition of the program TOP CHEF SPAIN.

In 2009, he arrived to Mallorca, and worked with Marc Fosh, at the Simply Fosh restaurant.
 In 2014 he wona Michelin Star.

On September 20th, Marcel Ress formed part of the television contest Top Chef (Spain).
There he proclaimed himself as the winner of the third edition.
